This example shows the dynamic for the most of the mentioned cases, in general. We can say that the products, elements, ways of doing, can change but the operation is the practically the same for all of them.
In TAILOR MADE cases, the process is more rigorous, more personalized, more exclusive, so it takes us more time and more work.
They’re extraordinary projects. Some of them are very challenging, and we like them a lot.
Design
FIRST MEETING
irst of all, we meet our customer and exchange impressions about its preferences and favorite kind of bag.
TREND ANALYSIS
Then, we study the trends for this kind of bag
COLLECTION PRESENTATION TO THE CUSTOMER
We meet our customer again to present him the collection. There are three possible situations: the first one is that we practically achieved our goal and the second one that we still have to modify or correct some elements of the model, and the last one is that we have to correct the “entire path†to start again and so on.
VIRTUAL DESIGN
In the first and second cases, the model would be entirely defined with the modifications and would go to the detailed computer design.
APPROVAL AND ROLL-OUT IN PLANT
After all the computer work, everything is sent to our customer who must give us its OK. “We got itâ€, and we sent the documents to the plant, so they can make a functional model for us.
PRODUCTION PROCESS DECISIONS
The next meeting is already on the plant touching the models and is there where we decide materials, colors, features, skins, fabrics, details, etc. for their manufacturing. If is not possible to move directly to the plant, we would bring to your home all the tissues, colors, etc. for their execution and to proceed with the process.
BUDGET AND OPERATIVE READINESS
We deliver the costs details of the collection, and the operation is ready to start manufacturing the bags, that will enter in the scheduled date and place.
DESIGN
As soon as we can, we will start designing the new collection.
